On top of a low rise. It is depicted as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 30m) on the 1837 edition of the OS 6-inch map and as a hachured feature on the 1911 edition. It was described in 1967 (SMR file) as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) defined by an earthen bank (H c. 0.8m). It is now a circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 25m) defined by a slight scarp.
