On the lower SW-facing slope of a NE-SW drumlin. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 35.8m N-S; 34.8m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4.3m at W to 6.3m at S; int. H 0.35m at W to 1.05m at E; ext. H 0.65m at E to 1.2m at N and S), with an outer fosse (Wth of base 4-5.5m; D 0.5m generally to 1.3m at NE) N-ENE which is continued by a band of rushes (Wth 2.3-4m) elsewhere. The entrance (Wth 2m) is at E.
