Marked as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on the 1837 and 1914 eds. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on the E-facing slope of a drumlin. D-shaped grass-covered area (dims c. 31m N-S; c. 15m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 0.2m generally to 0.7m at E) N-E-S which merges into the slope elsewhere. Rath (RO011-048----) is c. 120m to the WSW.
