On top of a low NE-SW drumlin ridge, towards the NE end. Circular grass-covered but poached area (diam. 34.5m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 3-3.7m; int. H 0.4m at E to 1.15m at N; ext. H 0.95m at E to 1.5m at N), with an outer fosse (Wth of base 1.8-2.2m; D 0.15-0.4m) NE-S-NNW. The entrance (Wth 3.5m) at E is blocked by a drystone wall.
