On top of an E-W drumlin ridge. Square grass-covered area (dims 32m N-S; 32m E-W) defined by gapped and eroded earthen banks (Wth 3.4-4m; int. H 0.25-0.5m; ext. H 1m at E to 1.7m at S) and outer moats (Wth of base 1.3m at S to 3m at N; D 0.2-0.4m). There is no visible entrance and the site is bisected by a NNW-SSE field wall while an E-W field bank is outside the moat at N and a NE-SW field bank approaches the moat at E.
