On the NNE-facing slope of a NE-SW drumlin ridge. Oval grass-covered area (dims 26m ENE-WNW; 19.3m NNE-SSW) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.7m at ESE to 5.7m at SSW; int. H 1m generally to 1.3m at SSW; ext. H 0.8m) ESE-S incorporated into a field bank S-WSW and by a scarp (H 1.3-1.6m) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of base 2-2.2m; D 0.5m) S-WSW. There is no visible entrance.
