On the crest of the NE-facing slope of a small drumlin. D-shaped grass-covered area (dims 29.5m E-W; 25.5m N-S) defined by an earthen bark (Wth 3.6-4.3m; int. H 0.4-0.7m; ext. H 1.15-1.35m) which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.6m) at NE where the entrance (Wth c. 2.5m) is, and an outer fosse (Wth of top 5.5m; Wth of base 4m; D 0.5m) SW-NW, where the straight W side (L c. 20m) is.
