On a shelf on the NE-facing slope of a NE-SW drumlin ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 43m N-S; 43m E-W) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 3.15m at E to 4.4m at S (upslope); int. H 0.5-0.75m; ext. H 1-1.25m) NE-NW reduced to a scarp (H 0.6m) NW-NE, and a fosse (Wth of top 4.5-5.4m; Wth of base 3.3-4m; D 0.3-0.6m) ENE-ESE and SSE-WNW. The entrance is at SE, and a field bank and drain overlie the fosse NW-NE. Rath (RO010-023----) is c. 130m to the S.
