On top of an E-W ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 26m N-S; 24.2m E-W) defined by a gapped earthen bank (Wth 2.8-3m; int. H 0.4-0.5m; ext. H 1.2-1.4m), with an outer fosse (Wth of base 1.6-1.8m; D 0.1-0.25m) and slight traces of an outer bank (Wth 4m; ext. H 0.1m) E-SE. The fosse is represented by a berm (Wth 3.5m) NW-N. There is no visible entrance. Rath (RO009-005002-) is c. 50m to the WSW.
