Under the perimeter wall of cashel (RO008-006001-) at WNW. A passage (Wth 1.85m; H 1.4m) with a corbelled and lintelled roof aligned E-W (L 6m) is entered from W through a short creep (L 1m). There are two air-vents on the S wall of the creep and an alcove (Wth 0.6m; H 1.4m; D 0.5m) is at the W end of the N wall of the chamber. The straight E wall has an entrance (Wth 0.82m; H 0.65m) with a projecting pintle stone, but the entrance passage is blocked.
