Towards the top of the S-facing slope of a drumlin. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 32m N-S; 30.5m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (at W: Wth 4m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.55m; at N: Wth 6m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.6m) W-N-E and a scarp (H 0.5m generally to 1.75m at S) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of top 3.3-3.8; D 0.2m) at NW and N-E. There is no visible entrance. Rath (RO007-068----) is c. 60m to the WNW.
