What is recorded here

On a low rise in a low-lying landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 24.2m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 4.5-6m; int. H 0.4-0.8m; ext. H 1.5-1.6m) NE-S-W, which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.4-0.9m) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of top 4-5.5m; D 0.2-0.8m) ENE-S-W, which is replaced by a band of wet ground (Wth 3-3.5m) N-NE.
