Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 35m) on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated towards the top of the W-facing slope of small drumlin. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 23m E-W) defined by a scarp (H c. 0.2-1m) E-S-W which merges into the slope elsewhere. Modern farm buildings outside the perimeter W-N respect its line. Rath (RO007-023----) is c. 60m to the ENE.
