On the S-facing slope of a drumlin. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 31.5m E-W; 26.5m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5-6.2m; int. H 0.2-0.8m; ext. H 0.1-0.3m) with an outer fosse (Wth of top 3.5-4m; D 0.1-0.2m) W-N-E, and a scarp (max. H 1m at S) elsewhere. There is no visible entrance but the perimeter is incorporated in a boundary hedge E-W.
