Marked as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated towards the top of the E-facing slope of an E-W ridge. Circular grass and stone-covered area (diam. c. 40m) defined by a scarp (H 0.3-1m) which has been modified by quarrying and which may have been surrounded by a drystone wall.
