What is recorded here

On a shelf with rock outcrop towards the bottom of a gentle N-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 46.5m N-S; 43.5m E-W) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 2.3m at N to 3.3m at S; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.4m generally to 0.8m at N) with intermittently visible facing-stones (original Wth 1.5-2.3m). A natural scarp (H 2m) is used as part of the perimeter NW-NE. There is no visible entrance, and a WNW-ESE field-wall and townland boundary with Reycroftspark overlies the interior, just S of the centre. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
