Visible on aerial photographs (OS 1 3323-2), and marked on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map with house sites then in use. Situated in a hollow between rises. An area of c. 4 ha contained low earthen banks which define small rectangular fields (dims c. 50m x c. 30-40m), with house sites at the E where there is a NW-SE road. These are not visible now at ground level in pasture, apart from one fragment of an earthen bank (L 30m E-W; Wth 3-4m; H 0.3-0.4m).
