At the E edge of a shelf on a N-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (int. dims 27.3m E-W; 21.4m N-s) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 2.5-3.3m; int. H 0.1-0.3m; ext. H 0.3-0.6m). There is an entrance (Wth 1.2m), perhaps recent, at SE, and there is a hut-site (RO006-086009-) (int. diam. 3.4m) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 0.7-2m; H 0.2m) at the centre. The site is overlain by a N-S field wall W of the centre, and survives best W of this feature. Cashel (RO006-086004-) is c. 150m to the W and enclosure (RO006-098006-) is c. 90m to the SE.
