What is recorded here

Towards the top of a N-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (int. dims 31m E-W; 26m N-S) defined by the base of a stone wall (original Wth 1.7-2m; H 0.3m) represented by intermittently visible inner and outer facing stones, with an entrance (Wth 2.2m) at ESE. At the centre there is a circular hut-site (RO006-086011-) (int. diam. 9.6m E-W; 8.6m N-S) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 1-2m; max. H 0.3m) but with no recognisable entrance. Cashel (RO006-086003-) is c. 180m to the WNW and cashel (RO006-086005-) is c. 150m to the E. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
