On top of a drumlin. Oval grass and rush-covered but poached platform (dims. 31m E-W; 25.5m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.3-0.5m), with a fosse represented by a band of rushes (Wth 2.3-3m) NE-NW. There is no visible entrance, and the perimeter is incorporated into a field bank and hedge N-NE.
