On a shelf of a S-facing slope. D-shaped grass-covered but poached area (dims 23.5m NE-SW; 18.5m NW-SE) defined by a gapped earthen bank (Wth 1.5-2m; int. H 0.2-0.3m; ext. H 0.45m) with internal and external facing-stones at NE, and traces of an external fosse (Wth 2-2.5m) visible as a band of rushes S-W-N. The monument is truncated by an overgrown NE-SW field bank at SE.
