Towards the top of an E-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 33m N-S; 32.5m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2-2.3m; int. H 0.3-0.4m; ext. H 0.6m generllay to 1.2m at S) ESE-W-NNE, and a scarp elsewhere. There is a fosse (Wth of top 2.5-3m; D 0.2m) SSE- N, visible as a band of rushes (Wth 2m) elsewhere and with a field bank outside it ENE-ESE. There is no visible entrance, and there are lazy-beds in the interior.
