Situated on flat land in undulating countryside. Raised D-shaped area (diam 24m N-S) enclosed by a well preserved earthen bank (Wth 2m; int. H 1m; ext. H 2m) with external fosse visible at N only. Original entrance marked by large boulder at SE (Wth 4m) with possible modern gap (Wth 7m) at NW.
