Present remains consist of a semi-circular shaped platform (diam. 50m E-W) defined by a slight scarp at S and by a public road at N. Possible house platform of post-1700 AD date. Not depicted as an antiquity on the current edition of the OS 6-inch map. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Offaly' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
