Situated on West facing slope on high ground in upland area. Raised circular area (diam 30m N-S) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 2m), outer fosse (Wth 2.5m) which is destroyed at west with external bank visible from NW through N to NE where it survives as a field fence. No visible entrance feature.
