On high ground in upland area. Well preserved ring-barrow consisting of a circular platform (diam. 8.5m; ext. H 1m) enclosed by an inner fosse (Wth 3.5m) and external bank (Wth 1m; ext. H 0.3m; int. H 0.5m). Area around site has recently been planted by forestry which will make site inaccessible in a couple of years time.
Monument placed on the Register of Historic Monuments on the 18 May 1977.
