One storey high house over a basement with round headed architraved doorcase with cobweb fanlight and scroll keystone. Hipped roof at front which has paired brackets under eaves with single brackets at rear of house which has three hips coming to the back wall indicating earlier date than front facade of house. Rear of house probably dates to mid 18th-century with later 19th-century alterations to front of house (Garner 1985, 16). Wooden lintel of 17th-century window re-used in nearby outhouse with diamond shaped transom sockets visible. Two stones from a Romanesque arch are visible on top of gate pier immediately beside house. Probably came from nearby church (OF037-002----) in the townland of Letter.
