Three roundwoods and a stake on the field surface (L 3.68m; Wth 0.83m; D 0.08m). Two of the roundwoods (diam. 0.1-0.17m) are orientated E-W. The stake (diam. 0.04m) is set at an 80° angle with a metal-cut chisel point. The wood is in a poor condition and set in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum and ericaceous remains. SMR OF018-130---- is 3m to the NW. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 2002. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
