A roundwood (diam. 0.14m) and a piece of brushwood (diam. 0.055m) orientated NE-SW (L 0.91m; Wth 0.2m; D 0.14m). A degraded toolmark is evident on one piece which is burnt on its underside. The material occurs in poorly humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum and some ericaceous root. SMR OF015-325----, SMR OF015-430----, SMR OF015-365----, SMR OF015-414----, SMR OF015-446----, SMR OF015-447---- and SMR OF015-448---- are located nearby. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1997. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
