What is recorded here

The site (Wth 1.16m; D 0.28m) consists of two large roundwoods orientated NNE-SSW and seven pieces of light brushwood in opposing drain faces. The brushwood is orientated E-W. The wood has been identified as alder and oak. There is evidence for woodworking but the wood is in poor condition. The site is located in moderately humified Sphagnum peat.
