What is recorded here

The site (Wth 1.01m; D 0.2m) appears to be orientated N-S and consists of irregularly laid light brushwood, a light roundwood with a concentration of twigs towards the centre of the site. The wood is in poor condition. One piece has a metal-cut chisel point. Alder is the main wood species identified, with hazel and oak also recorded. The site sits in moderately-humified Sphagnum peat.
