The site (Wth 2m; D 0.15m) is composed of two parallel oak planks with a third transversely overlying the lower timbers. The planks are tangentially split oak (L 1.2m max; av. Wth 0.14m) with the upper surfaces damaged by milling. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1992. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
