What is recorded here

The site (L 20m; Wth 1.21m; D 0.3m) is orientated SE-NW and composed of a compact arrangement of longitudinal roundwoods (av. diam. 0.09m) three to four layers deep, interspersed with brushwood (0.016-0.056m) and twigs. The condition of the wood is very poor. Some of the wood is birch and many pieces retain side branches. Compiled by: Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College Dublin).
