An irregular scatter of roundwoods and brushwood on the field surface (L 1.8m min.; Wth 1m min.; D 0.1m). Some of the pieces sit in a slightly upright position, possibly as a result of machine disturbance. Toolmarks are noted on two pieces. The wood is in very good condition which may suggest that site is recent in age. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
