What is recorded here

The site (L 1.06m; Wth 0.43m; D 0.05m) consists of light brushwood on the field surface. The pieces are predominantly orientated NE-SW. A scatter of brushwood on the surrounding field surface and in the adjacent drain face may be due to the disturbance of this site by machinery. There is some evidence for woodworking. Wood species include alder. Compiled by: Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College Dublin). Date of upload: 23 May 2011

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
