On top of a natural ridge running E-W in undulating countryside. Circular area (54m E-W) enclosed by a low bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 2m; Wth 1.5m) best preserved from N through E to S elsewhere reduced to a scarp. Possible entrance gap (Wth 1.5m) at SE. The interior of the site follows the natural slope of the ridge from S to N.
