The site survived as an ash roundwood (L 0.52m; diam. 0.064m) on the field surface close to a drain edge. One end was worked into a wedge point the other was cut by the drain. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
