Clonmacnoise grave-slab inventory (1992) number: CLN00465
Dimensions: H 2.05, W 0.50 - 0.42, T 0.08
Romanesque graveslab. It seems to have been an inverted cross with outline and median lines and an oval shaped centre. There may have been foliage or similar design at the top of the slab but it is now too badly worn to decipher.
No inscription.
Evidence of discovery: Davis 1984.
Condition: Very worn and flaked; top part of slab damaged.. The Clonmacnoise inventory was compiled by the Office of Public Works. A copy of the record for this slab is available for inspection in the relevant Archaeological Survey of Ireland (SMR) file.
