Clonmacnoise grave-slab inventory (1992) number: CLN00344
Dimensions: H 0.496, W 0.418, T 0.03
Outline expansional cross with median line. The centre and semicircular terminals have fret patterns. There are unusual loops in the left terminal but an attempt to carve proper loops on the right terminal failed.
Inscription: 'O] R T DO CANANDEN'.
Evidence of discovery: Macalister 1949.
Condition: Very worn and lime damaged. Upper arm/stem damaged.. The Clonmacnoise inventory was compiled by the Office of Public Works. A copy of the record for this slab is available for inspection in the relevant Archaeological Survey of Ireland (SMR) file.
