An outline cross inside a single line frame. There are semicircles inside the cross arms adjacent to the frame. The inscription is beneath the frame.
Inscription: 'MAELC[E]C'.
Evidence of discovery: OPW 1954-58
Condition: Top part of slab missing and right side damaged.
