Situated towards the bottom of a W-facing slope. This is a circular grass and scrub-covered area (diam. 38.8m WNW-ESE; 38m N-S) that slopes down to the W (H 2.7m) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 2.8-4m; int. H 0.2-0.7m; ext. H 0.7m at E (upslope) to 1.7m at W). There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, and there are old tree stumps in the interior. Tully House is below it c. 90m to the SSW, and there is no doubt that this rath was transformed into a tree-ring.
