Situated in a low-lying landscape between drumlins and on the S side of the N54 Clones to Monaghan town road. This is a circular grass-covered earthen platform (diam. c. 45-50m) delineated by a slight bank which has been largely reduced to a scarp. It is within a subrectangular cemetery (dims c. 90m N-S; c. 65m E-W) and a Presbyterian church is overlying the perimeter of the rath at E.
