Situated on a fairly level landscape. It is indicated faintly on the 1836 edition of the OS 6-inch map as an oblong area (dims c. 37m NNE-SSW by c. 22m WNW-ESE) where its described as a 'Grave Yard' in Italic script, and it is indicated as the site of a grave yard on the 1912 edition. It was described in 1969 as ‘A few fragments of irregular grass-covered earthen and stone banks indicate site’ (SMR file).
