Situated at the crest of a lower shelf on the W side of Tara in an area cut by many E-W paths. Described (Newman 1977, 120) as a circular mound (diam. c. 6.5m), it has no visible profile and has never been geophysically surveyed. The evidence is too uncertain at the moment for this to be regarded as a monument.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
