What is recorded here

Roughly circular area defined by scarp NW-SE with external fosse and by natural scarp down to river Boyne and a small tributary SSE-NW (diam. 63m). Entrance and causeway at ENE (O'Kelly 1978, 62-3). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987).
