Situated in a low-lying landscape between drumlins. Three fulachta fia were recorded in a NE-SW line in 1968 (SMR file). This is the northern one and is described as a grass-covered amorphous mound (dims 5.5m E-W; 5m N-S; max. H 0.4m) with no visible location for a trough. Fulacht fia (ME005-52001-) is c. 10m to the SW and the fulachta fia (ME006-13----; ME006-013002-) are c. 100m to the SE.
