In SE quadrant of an ecclesiastical enclosure (MA121-065003-). This church (4.9m N-S; 10.4m E-W) is recorded by Lavelle (1994, 81 no. 592) as follows: ‘Originally quite small (4.9m N-S; 5.8m E-W), but a chancel was added to the E end. Only sod-covered foundations of N, E and S walls survive but W end contains a partly damaged trabeate doorway (H 1.8m; Wth 0.6m, at base). Dressed stonework of doorway contrasts with undressed, roughly coursed stonework of remainder. Site dedicated to St. Kieran. Holy well (MA121-065004-) to E.’
