In the E half of a cashel (SL118-071001-). This hut site was described in OPW Topographical Files (1983) as ‘a square area of grass-covered stones E of centre’ (SMR file). It was recorded by An Archaeological Survey of Ballinrobe and District as ‘Hut site 2: 8m S of 1 [SL118-071003-], square in shape (6.3m N-S; 6.5m E-W).’ (Lavelle, 1994).
