On the E bank of the Robe River, adjacent to Ballinrobe abbey (MA118-022002-), on the northern outskirts of Ballinrobe town. Earthworks were noted here in the 1980's by Bradley and Dunne (1989, 24) who recorded them as follows: 'There are numerous undulations in terrain in the field immediately to the west and north of the abbey [Ballinrobe abbey (MA118-022002)] but these form no coherent pattern.' This location is now overlain by modern housing.
