Located in gently undulating average pasture.
A roughly circular, grass-covered mound (diam. c. 10-12m; H 1.5m at SE), domed in profile, with a rather uneven surface and irregular appearance. It appears to be composed of earth and stones, and two large, close-set stones protrude from the top. The base of the mound spreads out for 3-4m at S–NW in a low berm-like slope. The nature of this mound is unclear. It may simply be a field clearance cairn, possibly utilising a natural rise. There is an enclosure (MA111-059----) c. 70m to SW.
